Operation Mockingbird

Historically, we’ve always believed that our media was honest, fair, and unbiased. We believed they worked hard as journalists to investigate every story they and the public deemed important. It didn’t matter how corrupt or horrible the story was. The media should be reporting factual news the people have a right to know about.

Well, what if I told you that is no longer the case. We can no longer rely on mainstream media outlets like NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox News, CNN, New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. How do I know this? I used to trust the mainstream news. But that all changed when I heard about Operation Mockingbird.

In the early years of the Cold War, efforts were made by the United States government to use mass media to influence public opinion internationally for propaganda purposes. The Central Intelligence Agency would recruit leading American journalists into a propaganda network and influence the operations of front groups. They claimed that Mockingbird was shut down in 1976 but many researchers believe that the operation is still ongoing to this day.

When you look at networks like CNN and Fox News there is a clear political narrative between the two. While CNN is a very liberal news network, Fox News is very conservative. CNN clearly favors liberal politicians while Fox News supports mostly conservative politicians and viewpoints.

There are many other examples of how the media spins the truth to sway public opinion in their favor.

William Hearst

William Randolph Hearst was a newspaper publisher who took over the San Francisco Examiner in 1887. His goal was to make money selling as many newspapers as he could even if it meant lying to the public about a story that was deemed newsworthy. His company, the Hearst Corporation, still exists today.

JFK Assassination

Though most people, including many independent researchers believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was merely a patsy in the killing of John F Kennedy, the media continues to report that Oswald acted alone. They blindly believe the Warren Commission report without doing any “fact checking” themselves.

Bigfoot

Here is a subject the media continues to ridicule claiming bigfoot is either a hoax, misidentification or an overactive imagination on part of the eyewitness. The media has never taken the time to do a serious investigation on this topic. Once again the media only listens to mainstream scientists who also claim there is nothing to Bigfoot when they don’t even do a serious investigation either.

Roswell Crash

The media once again ignores investigating another important event in history. They report on the claim that what crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 was simply a weather balloon. Nothing more. They seem to act like lap dogs for government and military officials. The media didn’t bother questioning witnesses who were there and saw the wreckage and alien bodies the day of the crash.

Conclusion

If you believe the media cannot be trusted then you’re not alone. Many people feel the same. They’ve stopped watching the mainstream news altogether and have begun to rely on the alternative independent news that is not funded by the Central Banking System.
